Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email chvista2026@gmail.com within 14 days after your order is delivered.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, CH Vista will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. CH Vista pays the return shipping cost.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at chvista2026@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post the refund.
