Shipping Destinations

CH Vista currently ships only to delivery addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States cannot be accepted.

Shipping Cost

Free Economy shipping is available on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Estimated Delivery

The estimated delivery window for Economy shipping is 5–8 business days unless a different estimate appears at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

Tracking and Address Changes

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a package appears lost, or an order arrives damaged, contact us at chvista2026@gmail.com with your order number and the relevant details. We will review the available order and carrier information and help determine the next step.
